本体クリーニングについて

Cleaning of computer

ジャンク品を除きすべての商品に簡単なクリーニングをいたしております。クリーニングは原則的に手の届く範囲で外装全般、キーボード、ファンなどはエアークリーニング行います。

Unless it is a Junk item, We clean the item in the house as much as possible. Keyboard and Fan are cleaned by Air cleaner.

商品動作確認について

Function check

ノートパソコンのインターフェースからソフトまですべてをチェックされていない場合がございます。そのため、商品説明に行ったチェック内容を明記させていただいております。記載のない部分は未チェックで初期保証対象外となります。もし気になる機能があったら事前にメールを使って動作確認するようにご要求ください。万が一到着後に必要な機能が使えなかったりする場合は修理保証、返品対応できます。ご安心ください。記載がある不良に関いては初期不良保証対象外となります。

All the interface may not be checked unless necessary. So we put a clear explanation which interface is check. If any of the interfaces is not mentioned and if you need it to be checked, please contact our support or sales people after purchasing they will check it before shipment.

Even those ports are not checked you will have a warranty for any trouble with any un-specified interface

バッテリー、内蔵電池等の消耗品について

Battery life and consumable part

中古パソコンにはバッテリーも中古です。したがって、使用耐年数をすでに経過し、バッテリー・電池の寿命がきているものが殆どです。充電可能かどうかの検査及び稼働時間の確認済みです、中古品に関して30分ほどの作動確認済みですが、ACアダプタでのご利用を前提にご検討ください。新品のバッテリーは、当社では取扱が無い為、取り寄せができません。必要な場合は直接お客様がメーカーサポートにご注文していただく必要がございます。

Used computers battery also used. It may have been used for years. We check each item and confirm at-least 30 min. working life when we prepare the machine. Even the battery is dead you can still use the machine with AC adapter. In case the battery does not work soon after the machine arrives, the warranty will cover for refund or replacement.

中古パソコンのバッテリはすべて保証対象外となります。

Unless we do not mention in the product page, regarding the battery working time that means no warranty for the battery.

付属品について

Package including.

商品詳細情報の付属品欄に記載のあるものだけが付属します。したがって、付属品欄に記載のないものは、すべて欠品しています。特に企業向けリースアップパソコンの場合は、メーカーの取扱説明書や、保証書等は欠品していることが多く、付属品欄に記載の無いものは原則として付属しておりません。

Basically, AC adapter and battery is included with all laptops. Regarding other including item, if it is not mentioned on the product page, they are not included.

中古品にはリカバリディスクは付属されません。

The used computer does not come with a recovery disk or any other software.

返送返品の際の注意点

Caution on returning the item for any reason.

商品に不良や相違がある場合には、商品をお先に返送くださいようにお願いします。返品の際は、必ず商品の入っていたパッケージ（袋・箱等）に入れてご返送ください。

If there is any trouble with the product when it arrives your hand, please contact us first and send back the machine with all belongings after contacting our support people. They will guide you detail.

 

メーカ窓口と同様に、OSのアップグレードによる不具合はサポート対象外となります。

中古PCなので、ドライバは最新OSに対応していなくてトラブルが発生しやすいと考えられます。

※ アップグレードは強くお勧めしません。

It is the same for maker support, upgrading the machine to higher or different operating system does not cover with the warranty.

初期不良ケース

Defect on arrival

電源が入らない、突然に動かない等の初期不良品に関しましては、お手数ですが、必ず電話もしくメールにてご連絡をお願い致します。速やかに対応させていただきたいと思います。

Power does not

 turns on or suddenly the machine does not work soon after arrival. Please contact our support people, Be assured your purchasing is secured. You can call in working hours or send email, we will get back to you in working hours.

Please contact us within 1 week of delivery in case there is any kind of initial failure. Return of the product after 1 week for initial might not be accepted.

初期保証不良返品期間を一週間をさせていただいております。初期不良などのお問い合わせは商品が届いてから一週間以内にお問い合わせいただけますようお願いしをしております。一週間以降のお問い合わせで初期不良のクレームなどを受け付けられない場合がございますので予めご了承ください。
